the cookie crumbling...

i'm writing the first part of this post to et it out of my system once and for all, and after this, i won't mention it agian, and just learn from it.

After studying my ass off for the past 2-3 days for just 1 freaking subject, i get called and i couldn't remember the stupid facts of the case.right at the subject where I need to catch up, right after i read case after case in the freaking original,right after studying in the lib instead of having a workout i badly need.. 2 sentences later, i was asked to sit down. 5. ***************

(this is being written from memory) the case was about someone who had 11 mining claims, he assigned them to someone who sold it back to the original owner for 65,000 pending the sale of a certain amount of the iron ore that has been mined. the controversy arises because the assignee is claiming for his share, but the condition (amount of ore to be sold) was not yet met...

some days you just have to look at the littles things to make you happy and block out everything else...

although the good thing about today is still messy and is probably nothing really, but at least it helped make something of a marginally better day.

and to make matters worse, an idiot driver backed into the beetle, even damaged the hood.
