on passing away..

when I checked my mail yesterday, I saw an email asking for prayers for the passing of pope John Paul II. This morning, I suddenly got a call from a friend asking if my sister was back; it turns out that my friend and my sister's mutual friend passed away this morning in a vehicular accident. I'd like to think the pope already had his time. To be honest, I even prayed that he no longer had to suffer here on earth while waiting for his death. My sister's friend on the other, i would like to think, had alot more years ahead of her if not for this fateful day.

Sad.

I guess all anyone can really hope for is that they've moved on to a greater place.
