on relationships from an outside point of view
My sister was telling me about her theo class and how Fr. Dacanay described getting into a relationship as the ultimate exercise of freedom rather than the curtailment of such.
Suffice it to say, I'm not very pleased with your decision. Don't get me wrong, I am thankful that you fought tooth and nail for me these past few months and that we share (i hope this is present tense) a lot of experiences, after all, at this point I consider you 1 of my closest friends. What you texted me though just a few minutes ago stings to say the least.
I know I've been guilty of the same, but 1 very big difference is that I did this accidentally. Actually, what stings the most is that you're doing this consciously. Not to say that you didn't fight for me, because I know you did.
But then again, you're still my friend. As upset as I am about this, what's important is that you're happy, at least I hope he makes you really happy coz you deserve to be.
